This notice covers lanelift.com, the marketing site. The LaneLift application at app.lanelift.com is governed separately by the agreement with each customer.

What this site collects

If you submit the request-access form, we receive the name, work email, company and any context you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and to assess fit for the design partner programme. Nothing more.

How we know where you came from

Attribution is what LaneLift does, so it would be strange not to be plain about doing it here. When you first arrive, your browser stores two things locally: a random visitor ID that is not derived from anything about you, and the page address you arrived on and the site that referred you. Nothing is transmitted while you browse.

If — and only if — you submit the form, those values are sent along with it, so we can tell which channel a request came from. That is the same question the product answers for our customers, asked about our own site.

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, loads no analytics, and does not follow you anywhere else. The visitor ID is first-party and meaningless outside this domain. Clearing your browser storage erases it. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to sharing with anyone else.

What we do with it

We reply personally. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not run a drip sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep request-access submissions while the design partner programme is open, and delete them once they are no longer relevant. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lanelift.com and we will action it.
